Literally a life saver. We broke down in temperatures well below freezing across town and no tow truck available or taxi to come save us. They sent their shuttle service that is reserved for the airport to save our sorry stranded arses and even gave us a discount on our room to help ease our troubles.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly! We loved everyone here and had great conversation with staff and guest's. The rooms are clean and beds ate comfortable with a good breakfast buffet with healthy options. Love it here!

I was borderline hypothermic from trying in vain to get the car to start -- and they loaded all the contents of our abandoned car straight into the shuttle and brought us straight to our room -- and didn't expect anything in return.
