It was about 3:30 in the afternoon.there were no other customers. The store eas dirty. Condements were empty and they kept getting my order wrong. All the employees were standing around laughing and joking not working for sure .terrible expeience
First, I could barely hear the guy on the speaker. Then, when I pulled up to the window to pay for my 2 cheeseburgers and large fry and he told me to pull around to the front of the building. There was NO ONE BEHIND ME. Waited at least five minutes and there was no sign of my food so I went in. They tried to give me the wrong food and then said "sorry, they lost your order". My cheeseburgers were clearly sitting there.
As I pulled away I say the guy coming out with the same pile of food he tried to give me yet there was no one else in the lot. Brilliant.
Very clean. Not really busy at all probably due to location. It's more on the or skirts of town. Overall, new and clean. Fast service.
Wow, what a train wreck this place is - talk about dysfunctional.
Guess its not their fault. But I drove an hr to eat here bc Google said it was open. Got there at 1105pm and they were closed. But after reading the other reviews maybe they were open? I was pissed bc someone was taking the trash out and i asked if they were closed and they didn't even look at me. Guess I should have checked the hrs.
Poor customer service. Price on drive up menu board was different than what rang up on the till. When I asked the response was theyd be right out to change the menu board they weren't changing the price. Go to McDonald's, Taco Bell or Hardees. Much better customer service.
