We drove all the way from eckelson n. D. Wayne loves pizza hut and so do I . We drove to devils lake.they were very busy with take out orders. Wayne and i were the only customers there. The service was great they welcomed us and took care of us.those employees worked so good together. Now thats team work. Thank you for the great service and pizza thank you Hilda kuntz.
Wish I could give this disgusting place 0 stars, the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. First, we walk in and the place is absolutely filthy, the manager is sitting on his phone behind the counter. None of the staff look clean in the slightless. We had placed 2 online orders 30 minutes in advance, they messed up them both, we had to wait 15 extra minutes while they argued in front of us about the order. They mad no apologies and did not try to fix it at all, the most unprofessional staff I've ever come into contact with. Threw the food out because it looked so horrible. Do not go here, thank me later.
Food was pretty great but eating there sucks. It's cold inside so I would recommend not eating inside. Carry out or delivery would probably be a better choice. Also they just give you two liters instead of pitchers to pour the pop and they have weirdly shaped plates that don't work well to have more than a pizza on it.
If I could do Zero Stars I would. Last time I was there to pick up an order that was called in, went in to pick it up after about 20 minutes and had to wait another 45 minutes to get my Pizzas, It only takes 9 minute to cook a pizza, went in there last night to eat in the place, had to wait 15 minute just for someone to come to the table and we were the only ones in the place. finally got the menu and then waited about another 15 minutes, no one came back to take an order, we just left after that. Apparently they don't care, there are a lot of places to get Pizza other than Pizza Hut and we will probably not go there again.
Waited 1.5 hrs for 2 pizzas, nasty building, worst service EVER. I will not come back.
