I contacted the woolen mill that made this comforter and they indicated that the dry cleaner failed to follow the cleaning instructions by washing and drying it, so they are liable to replace it. So armed with this new information I tried calling Wendell Nickerson the owner/operator of this facility, and telling him that he was liable for failing to follow the cleaning instructions. He yelled at me and told me I signed something that states he’s not liable. I don't know if I did, but since he can't follow instructions, he is the idiot and is liable! Sadly, this is a huge loss for me and a hard lesson to learn.

I'm very upset with this company! They destroyed our $400.00 wool comforter because they don't understand how to clean wool! This was a king size comforter and now is smaller than a queen size bed. It's all matted up and reeks of an awful odor. He apparently washed and dried it! I would never take anything there to get cleaned again, nor would I recommend them! He didn't even have the nerve to admit his failure and still charged me for the cleaning.
