I was recently visiting Devils Lake from Denver and had an issue with my previous carrier, Sprint, turning off my data as we told we used too much roaming. We decided to switch to Verizon and went to Bemobile. We were porting in three lines from Sprint and one from AT&T. Despite all the frustrations and run arounds we received from Sprint and AT&T, Jeremiah was great and very customer focused. He worked with us for over six hours to get the phones working. This included multiple phone calls to Verizon and Sprint. He went above and beyond and we really appreciate how friendly he was the whole day and the time he spent trying to resolve the issues.
I got a warm welcome the second I walked in the door! Garrett was there to answer each and every question I had (which was alot)! He helped me choose the best phone and plan for me! It was so nice to have someone that is excited about informing others about the new technology and services that are out there! So many to choose from it can be overwhelming. So a HUGE thank you to Garrett and the staff for such a wonderful, fun, and stress free experience. I was recently a straight talk customer and they were never able to answer any questions I had about the phones, plans, etc. If there was anyone around at all to answer any questions. Very irritating and extremely stressful. I am so happy I switched over to Verizon! Best decision I have ever made! Thanks again for everything! If I could I would give this place 100 stars... 5 just don't cut it.
Jeremiah and Garrett were AWESOME! They handled a heavy customer crowd, (6 people needing attention) while I was in there and did it with a smile of their faces. They both rocked it out! Thankful for their help and knowledge. They took the time we needed and offered us exceptional service. Thanks again fellows! You did a great job! Not only did they take care of my needs but also assisted the other customers and made sure all of us were taken care of in a timely manner and every question was answered! Thanks again.
Went in with a simple issue and was fixed fast and efficiently. Will be coming back here in the future and avoiding the other store at all costs. The young men in this store are very professional and make you feel like a guest and not just another paying customer to benefit them.
I came in to have my phone looked at and they thought it was fixed it but it wasn't fixed so we came back in and got a new phone and they were so helpful and kind and had patients with me as well as me with them. Great place to go!!!
