Good services and if u want to know were it get something just ask an a worker
It always seems like all the workers are always so upset about having to be at work. None of them will EVER go out of their way to help you find a product.
The store was well stocked. The employees were available and very helpful and friendly. They had enough checkout employees so there was not a worry about having to wait in line. My big mistake was stopping at the restroom located just beyond the checkout. I walked in and the toilets are stained with urine. The smell slammed my nose. Toilet paper everywhere like it had been there since yesterday. It was so gag worthy. I can imagine how someone can work in a building and permit their customers to go into such filth! Totally disgusting...
A lot of employees don't care about customers or helping them in anyway. Cashiers are always cranky no matter what the time of day it is. Multiple supervisors upfront are always standing around. Only good thing about the place is the prices and the store manager Ben.
I don't understand when you go into your store you don't have any registers open there we 2 registers open and the self service ones and they were working on them as well. Maybe you need better management at your store and schedule more workers. If you don't have enough works and they all wanna take vacation at the same time that's not feasible. So who ever does the schedule needs to better schedule allot better. Also the department managers should not let everyone on vacation at the same time.
